I traded city life for salty air and sandy toes—yep, I packed up and moved across the state to beautiful Cocoa Beach! Every morning, I get to walk on the beach, breathe in that fresh ocean air, and let the sound of the waves remind me why I do what I do—helping YOU feel your best through every stage of life.

Oh, and did I mention the rocket launches? Because watching a rocket soar into the sky from your backyard never gets old. 🚀
